As General Manager, Ben has overall responsibility for ONL. Key roles include finance, staffing, technical knowledge, grower liaison, and quality systems. In addition much time is spent addressing ways to adding value to our clients. After 27 years in the business Ben has a very good understanding of the industry, where it has been and where it might be heading. This experience is extremely valuable as ONL faces the prospects and challenges ahead.

As Office Manager, Frances brings many years of experience to her role. She is responsible for wages, orders, accounts, and general administration. She also provides a key role in the on-going development of ONL.

Bachelor of Viticulture and Oenology
Lisa's role as Production Manager is to manage all aspects of production at Ormond Nurseries, making sure all the quality standards are being met and that plants leave the Nursery in top condition. From nursery operations, plant material, logistics to site visits, Lisa's role is pivotal. Lisa brings with her a degree in Viticulture and Oenology from Lincoln University, and several years experience in the industry. She has also managed a large scale pack house, and has spent several seasons in lab technician and assistant winemaker roles. We know her knowledge and uncompromising focus on quality will be a real asset to the Nursery and ultimately our clients.

With fourteen years experience in the nursery, Lorna has a wealth of knowledge. She is responsible for all the collection of budwood and rootstock supplies for ONL. She co-ordinates and manages all staff involved in this area whilst also managing all training and harvesting. In addition, she has advanced knowledge and passion for ampelography.
